Notice is hereby given that The Jackson City Council will hold a public hearing on the above-illustrated annexation and proposed plan of service for an annexation area identified as “Stinson Annexation Area”, comprising 30.58 ± acres. The area is generally described as being located at 1984 Highway 70 East. The proposed zoning for “Stinson Annexation Area” is I-2 (Light Industrial) District.
The public hearing will be held on
Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at City Hall, 109 East Main Street, Suite 107 at 9:00 AM in the George A. Smith meeting room. All interested parties are invited to attend.
A copy of the proposed plan of service for the “Stinson Annexation Area” is available for public inspection during normal business hours in City Hall, at the office of the Jackson Planning Department, 111 East Main Street, Suite 201; at the office of the City Engineer, 117 East Main Street, Suite 206 and at the office of the City Recorder, 115 East Main Street, Suite 205.
