 President of the Community Foundation of West Tennessee.

Growing up on a World Championship Walking Horse farm in Middle Tennessee, he was a graduate of Columbia Central High School.

He has earned his Bachelor’s degree from Freed-Hardeman University; Master’s degree from University of Memphis and received his doctorate at the University of Memphis.

Frank has served the community in many ways through the years. He is president of L.A.N.A. (Lambuth Area Neighborhood Association) and has served off and on as president for more than 11 years, Past President of the Jackson Rotary Club, former Chairman of the Jackson Historical Zoning Board (seven years), and President and Chairman of the Board of the Jackson Downtown Development Commission. He also has served on the board of Aspell Recovery, and the Jackson Symphony. He served as Chairman of the Board for Helping Hands of Tennessee in Jackson.

Currently serves on two state boards, the Tennessee Dental Association Foundation where he serves as treasurer; Past President of the Association for the Preservation of Tennessee Antiquities (APTA), both in Nashville for two terms. He is on the Boys & Girls Club Board, JEP Board where he serves as treasurer and the ICARE Committee.

He served in many roles at Freed Hardeman University, his alma mater, including Vice President of University of Advancement, Director of Development, Assistant Director of Admissions and Assistant Director of Student Services.

He served as President of Columbia Academy, located in Columbia, Tennessee, and was Executive Director of the Christian Student Center in Cleveland, Tennessee. He is also has served a member of the adjunct faculty at University of Memphis, teaching classes on nonprofits and public administration as well as Freed-Hardeman University teaching doctoral classes on leadership.

He has restored 12 homes in the Midtown area of Jackson. He is a member of the Skyline Church. He is the author of a book, “Let Me Tell You A Story, Finding Hope in a Hopeless World,” and is completing his second book, “Everyone Has A Story.” He enjoys traveling.
